Little does Kaneki know that Rize is a ghoul—a kind of monster that lives by hunting and devouring human flesh. When part of her special organ—"the red child"—is transplanted into Kaneki, he becomes a ghoul himself, trapped in a warped world where humans are not the top of the food chain.
Cute, colorful, and fun, Tokyo Mew Mew has been well-received as an entertaining entry in the magical girls manga world. The story doesn't take itself too seriously, and there's plenty of cute outfits, sparkly backgrounds, and romantic storylines. Lurking somewhere underneath that is a environmental message, but it tends to take second place to the five girls' adventures. Artist Mia Ikumi's drawings are just as free-flowing and high-energy as the main character's personality. Tokyo Mew Mew is like a piece of cake—sweet and enjoyable.
Twelve-year-old Gon Freecss one day discovers that the father he had always been told was dead was alive and well. His Father is a Hunter? a member of society's elite with a license to go anywhere or do almost anything. Gon, determined to follow in his father's footsteps, decides to take the Hunter Examination and eventually find his father to prove himself as a Hunter in his own right. But on the way, he learns that there is more to becoming a Hunter than previously thought.
Splatoon is primarily a team-based third-person shooter which is playable by up to eight players in 4-vs-4 matches, although the game also features a single-player campaign. Players control characters called Inklings, wich can change between human form and squid form. Transforming into a squid allows players to swim through ink of their own color, even up walls and through grates, hiding from the enemy and replenishing their ink supply in the process.
Tomoya Okazaki is a third year high school student resentful of his life. His mother passed away from a car accident when he was younger, causing his father to resort to alcohol and cigarettes. This results in fights between the two until Tomoya's shoulder is injured in a fight. Since then, Tomoya has had distant relationships with his father, causing him to become a delinquent over time. While on a walk to school, he meets a strange girl named Nagisa Furukawa who is a year older, but is repeating due to illness. Due to this, she is often alone as most of her friends have moved on. The two begin hanging out and slowly, as time goes by, Tomoya finds his life shifting in a new direction.

Red Dead Redemption is a Western epic, set at the turn of the 20th century when the lawless and chaotic badlands began to give way to the expanding reach of government and the spread of the Industrial Age. A follow up to the 2004 hit Red Dead Revolver, this game tells the story of former outlaw John Marston, taking players on a great adventure across the American frontier. Red Dead Redemption features an open-world environment for players to explore, including frontier towns, rolling prairies teaming with wildlife, and perilous mountain passes—each packed with an endless flow of varied distractions. Along the way, players will experience the heat of gunfights and battles, meet a host of unique characters, struggle against the harshness of one of the world's last remaining wildernesses, and ultimately pick their own precarious path through an epic story about the death of the Wild West and the gunslingers that inhabited it.

Free! revolves around Haruka Nanase, a student at Iwatobi High School. It's not a bad school per se, but Haruka is kind of upset that the swimming pool is so unfit to swim it. When his friend Nagisa arrives at Iwatobi and decides to create a swim team, Haruka's roped in by the promise of a place to swim, but he's less enthused about the idea of swimming as a team.
Rue Bennett's challenges run deep. With anxiety and a drug habit, she's been overprescribed and under-supervised her entire life. For Rue, drugs have always been linked to self-medicating some sort of pain. If she's going to really flourish into the person she's meant to be, she'll have to tend to those underlying wounds first.
Angel goes to a high school in the afterlife. Physical harm and even death is meaningless to the humans who inhabit this school, as they are already dead, but those who follow the school rules and try to live a normal life in the afterlife are "obliterated," vanishing completely. The Diclonius, a mutated homo sapien that is said to be selected by God and will eventually become the destruction of mankind, possesses two horns in their heads, and has a "sixth sense" which gives it telekinetic abilities. Due to this dangerous power, they have been captured and isolated in laboratories by the government. Lucy, a young and psychotic Diclonius, manages to break free of her confines and brutally murder most of the guards in the laboratory, only to get shot in the head as she makes her escape. She survives and manages to drift along to a beach, where two teenagers named Kouta and Yuka discovers her. Having lost her memories, she was named after the only thing that she can now say, "Nyuu," and the two allow her to stay at Kouta's home. However, it appears that the evil "Lucy" is not dead just yet.
Ouran Highschool Host Club makes no secret of the fact that it's a silly show. But the characters are so loveable, you won't mind that reality is completely tossed out the window. When Haruhi Fujioka began school at Ouran Academy, a school for the filthy rich, she thought she'd just keep her head down and study. But that's before she ended up working for the Host Club, disguising herself as a boy and flirting with the female students.
