Overview… convict with six months left on his sentence. Reggie plans on serving the rest of his time quietly, keeping his head down and avoiding trouble. Trouble finds him anyway in the form of Jack Cates, a San Francisco cop who needs his help busting a thief. Unfortunately, the thief is Albert Ganz, Reggie’s dangerous and unstable former partner. But hey, if it means Reggie can get out of prison temporarily – and maybe figure out a way to stay out permanently – it’s not a bad deal. But would it kill Jack to let Reggie have a little fun?
Personality… loud and brazen. Reggie Hammond will sass you, even if you’re a cop. Since releasing him from prison, Jack has been subjected to backtalk, insults, and fistfights galore. Not that the gruff Jack doesn’t deserve at least part of it. Reggie is always going to be Reggie; it's part of his charm.
