Grew Up... in Ikebukuro, passively people-watching as a hobby until it slowly grew into an obsession. An incident in middle school landed him an infamous reputation that he went on to maintain.

Living... in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo, alone in a huge penthouse. He owns at least three apartments, though.

Visiting... Ikebukuro, where he does some business and provokes the only human he doesn't love and wouldn't mind seeing dead, Shizuo Heiwajima.

Profession... Information Broker. He works with the yakuza (Awakusu) and he takes on other clients. Occasionally, he gives out information for his own amusement and won’t charge the person he passes the information to.

Interests... observing people's reactions after he puts them into various situations, playing his own board game (a mix of various games with rules only he knows) against himself, and starting fights with Shizuo.

Relationship Status... single. His policy in the past was to be “neither too close nor too far” from the others. He claims to love all of humanity equally, too. Interestingly, this love excludes Shizuo, who he labels a “monster.”

Challenge... dealing with people who don’t react as he expects them to. Although he simply accepts this and goes on manipulating them, playing both sides of whatever war is going on. Unpredictable people actually rouse him to be more active too, sometimes.

Personality... manipulative, cunning, and charming. His thorough understanding of human behaviors and tendencies lets him determine people's thoughts and predict their actions with surprising accuracy, and he uses this knowledge to manipulate those around him. Most people, himself included, don’t trust him, since no one knows what he could or would do. Also, even though he speaks with most people as if they were close friends, he doesn't have any genuine or lasting bonds with anyone.
