Overview… dictator for life. As ruler of the North African Republic of Wadiya, he has committed countless crimes against humanity, hosted the hit TV show Wadiya’s Next Top Model, won every gold medal in the Wadiyan Games, and alienated every country other than North Korea. During a trip to the United States (“the birthplace of AIDS”) to address the U.N. Security Council, he is kidnapped, and his status as the Beloved Oppressor and Ruthless Protector of the Precious and Expendable People of Wadiya is suddenly threatened.

Personality… sadistic, selfish, and petty. Aladeen has absolutely zero regard for human life. As far as he’s concerned, the nation of Wadiya exists for the sole purpose of acquiescing to his every whim. Those whims include his voracious sexual appetite and his favorite "sport" – executing innocent people. He is a kid in a candy shop that he owns in perpetuity. He is pretty much the worst person ever, which might make him the best dictator ever.
