Frank, who is old enough to be everyone's father, knows how to plan a good con and often takes the lead role in planning hustles to help them get by financially.
The Office follows the employees of a branch of the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The region is led by Michael Scott, who has an unorthodox managerial style.
