Zack Brown

Overview… a lifelong slacker and hockey fan. Zack lives a quiet life with his best friend since first grade, Miri. He works a dead-end job at a coffee shop which doesn’t provide him with enough money to pay utilities and rent. When the water and electricity get turned off, Zack talks his roommate into a harebrained scheme: making an amateur porno in order to keep themselves off the street. As he describes it, “Other people have options – and dignity – which we do not have, which puts us in an amazingly advantageous position!” What starts as a disgusting and carnal scheme becomes more complicated when the two old friends begin to discover romantic feelings for each other.

Personality… blunt, foul-mouthed, and relaxed. Zack is a recognizable stoner/slacker type. Some might find his lack of ambition disquieting, but Zack is fine with his less-than-remarkable life, and doesn’t feel any pressure to live up to other people’s expectations. He doesn’t ever really think of the future, which allows him to live in the moment and roll with whatever life throws at him.
