Wilford

Overview... creator of the massive train that harbors humanity’s last apparent survivors in a post-apocalyptic society. Wilford is at the forefront of their hierarchical micro-society, while his partner in creating the train, Gilliam, sits in squalor at the back cars of the train.  Wilford structures the society such that everyone stays in their respective social class and never moves from car to car.

Personality… hated, loved, and feared. Wilford is a cruel dictator according to the “scum” who ride in the slum cars, while he is revered as a god by the upper class, for whom he cares and provides food and warmth. Wilford’s true identity is only known by a selected few leaders. He prefers to remain in mystery.
