Overview… a New York City police officer who always seems to be losing his badge. Vince’s on-job struggles can be comical, from forgetting to sign a speeding ticket to trying on gloves in the middle of a hostage situation. But when Vince meets Will (when giving Will’s friend Karen a ticket), they are immediately attracted to each other and begin to date.
Personality… tough but sensitive. Vince is working on finding himself. He is loving and dedicated to the people in his life, from Will to his big, loud Italian-American family. Vince is always honest with his feelings and is trying to be his best self.

Will Truman and Grace Adler are best friends living in New York, and when Grace's engagement falls apart, she moves in with Will. Together, along with their friends, they go through the trials of dating, sex, relationships and their careers, butting heads at times but ultimately supporting one another while exchanging plenty of witty banter along the way.
