Overview... a father living in Barcelona with his two children. Uxbal is diagnosed with terminal cancer, turning his life completely upside down. His children’s mother, Maramba, is unable to take care of the children due to her own mental problems, and Uxbal is unsure of their future in light of his illness.
Personality… somber, contemplative, and soft-spoken. As death comes nearer, Uxbal becomes more introspective, considering life and death in ultimate terms. However, it’s not too late to truly live – or to make truly irreparable mistakes, for that matter.
