Overview... an optimistic romantic. After a string of hook-ups with duds and creeps, she reads comedian Steve Harvey's Act Like a Lady, Think Like A Man in hopes of turning her love luck around. With Steve's words guiding the way, Mya decides she won't sleep with a guy until they're in a committed relationship.

Personality... confident, intelligent, and self-motivated. She wants a deep, lasting love – not just some fling – so she she's saying good-bye to boys who don't hold the door open for her.
