The Lorax

Overview… an odd-looking creature who is the Guardian of the Forest. The Lorax speaks for the trees, but unfortunately, nobody seems to be listening. Despite the Lorax’s many warnings, Truffula are still being chopped down at an alarming rate in order to sustain the Once-ler’s Thneed business. And if deforestation continues, pretty soon there may not be any trees left to speak for.

Personality… grumpy and a bit bossy. The Lorax means well, but he doesn’t always present his intentions in the nicest way. His pushy lectures about conservation and environmentalism go right over the Once-ler’s head, who continues to chop and chop without heeding a word of the Lorax's advice.
