Personality... power-hungry, manipulative, and narcissistic. He’s also impatient; when his alliances with Loki and Ronan the Accuser don’t result in obtaining Stones, he takes matters into his own hands. And those hands are terrifying. He tells Ronan, “I will bathe the starways in your blood.” That’s not just flowery language – it’s something Thanos could easily pull off.
