Telly

Grew up… in a working-class family living in Manhattan. Telly’s busy parents never really had much time to supervise him, leaving him to learn life’s lessons on the street.

Living… day-to-day in mid-'90s New York City. Telly has no plan for the future, no ambitions, and no drive. The only thing he has to look forward to in life is sex and the art of seduction. He explains, “When you’re young, not much matters… when you find something that you care about, then that’s all you got.”

Profession… high school student out for the summer. He should technically be looking for a summer job. Instead, he’s surreptitiously stealing from his mother and wasting the cash on booze and weed.

Interests… sex with virgins. He calls himself the “virgin surgeon.” Telly will say whatever he has to say in order to seal the deal. He explains to his friend Casper, “But like, if you deflower a girl, man, you’re the man. No one can ever do that again. You’re the only one. No one, no one, has the power to do that again.”

Relationship Status… happily single, leaving a trail of broken hearts in his wake.

Challenge… sleeping with two virgins in one day. On one summer day in New York City, he wants to do the impossible: deflower two girls within 24 hours. Telly, sadly, is unknowingly carrying (and spreading) HIV around Manhattan like wildfire.

Personality… rude, vulgar, and disrespectful. Telly is a spoiled street kid who does not think about anyone else’s feelings. His only goal in life is to satisfy his own desires. He's still young and at least theoretically has time to turn his life around, but he's so reckless he might not have nearly as much time as he thinks.
