Grew Up… in the town of Wiskayok, New Jersey, where she was a member of her high school soccer team, the Yellowjackets. In high school, Taissa was a popular leader whom others followed without asking why. She used to date her fellow Yellowjacket team member, Van.
Living… in New Jersey with her wife, Simone, and son, Sammy.
Profession… an accomplished lawyer who is aiming to become a state senator. But her highly public career aspirations bring risks of digging up her hidden skeletons from the past.
Interests… soccer and politics. Taissa just likes to be the best at whatever she does.
Challenge… making sure what happened in the aftermath of a traumatic event from high school does not affect her own political ambitions. At home, her son Sammy appears to be mysteriously afflicted with PTSD. He spends his time creating concerningly creepy portraits while claiming to see chilling visions. Faced with the possibility of career turmoil, family problems, and unresolved trauma, Taissa has plenty on her plate.
Personality… highly driven and ambitious. Taissa’s leadership skills have only strengthened over time. Following the collective trauma that she experienced with her fellow Yellowjackets, the others willingly trusted and followed Taissa's suggestions. However, Taissa's pride is an issue, as her need to overachieve prevents her from seeking help for her PTSD in the present day.
