(Avoiding Spoilers)
Overview… a gay talent agent living in New York City. Stanford enjoys exploring the best art, culture and parties that the city has to offer, alongside his best friend Carrie Bradshaw. Whether it’s getting into a hot new club or trying to get his inheritance from his conservative aristocratic grandmother, Stanford has been happy to pal around with Carrie since their first days in the city together in the 1980s.
Personality… bubbly and stylish. Stanford is the perfect friend for Carrie to dish about men with over brunch or share quips about models at a fashion show. He concedes he doesn’t “have that gay look,” with his chubby build and bald head compared to the gay stereotype of physically fit and impeccably groomed bodies, and so he battles some personal insecurities when it comes to dating. But with a great friend like Carrie at his side, his confidence grows. Above all Stanford is a devoted and loving friend.
