Sofia Serrano

Living… in New York City, trying to find herself and live a life of fun and fullness. Sofia is an unassuming free-spirit who does everything in her power to put people at ease. At a party one night, Brian, a writer, introduces her to David Aames, a wealthy bachelor. Sofia has immediate chemistry with David, and Brian quickly realizes that the two of them have a connection and backs off, leaving David and Sofia to have a conversation that ignites fireworks in both of them.

Profession… somethingin the arts. Though it seems that she hasn’t settled on a specific career quite yet. She still lives by the mantra, “Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.”

Interests… young hot shots like David and Brian, and a life devoid of drama. Also, cats – at least, in so far as she enjoys saying, “I will tell you in another life, when we are both cats.”

Relationship Status…single. She is beautiful and irresistible to most men, but Sofia only wants to spend time with someone who will share her worldview and warm outlook on relationships and life. She can’t be sure if David is that person until she gets to know him a little better, but she’d like to give it a shot. Unfortunately, a woman that David has been sleeping with, Julie, wants David for herself and will go to horrible lengths to ensure that he will never stray from her again.

Challenge… helping David overcome his challenges. When David’s seemingly perfect life comes crashing down, he tries to hang onto positive people like Sofia. Despite some initial discomfort, Sofia takes it upon herself to stand by David and help see him through his hard times.

Personality…  charming, enigmatic, and alluring. David falls in love with her at first sight, and it’s hard to blame him. Sofia has a soft spot for romantics and always encourages positive thinking, no matter what your challenges may be. After Julie’s fateful action, those challenges are much greater for both David and Sofia.
