Overview… bumbling British diplomat serving as the Minister the International Development. Simon Foster is usually responsible for getting food parcels to poor countries. Today, as a U.S. led coalition (which includes the UK) prepares for a controversial intervention in the Middle East, Simon has found himself in the middle of the international stage after making some bold comments on the coming war.
Personality... awkward and timid. Simon’s colleagues refer to him as “Simon Fluster” due to his poor performance in interviews. He’s no match for his party’s infamously brutal Director of Communications, Malcolm Tucker.
