Living… in Colombia, but his job requires travel throughout South America. He’s now in the Triple Frontier, the border zone between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil.
Profession… a former U.S. special forces operative who is working as a freelancer to help local authorities fight organized crime. They’ve spent the last three years trying to catch a powerful drug Kingpin named Lorea. Through a local informant named Yovanna, they’ve learned about Lorea’s secret hideway in the jungle.
Interests… money. When Pope discovers Lorea has stashed millions in the jungle, he decides his own financial interests are more important than his work for the local authorities. Realizing the job is too big for himself, he requits his former colleagues who have also retired from the military: Redfly, Ironhead, Catfish, and Benny. Hopefully, the payoff will be big; they all are down on their luck.
Relationship Status… single. Pope has chemistry with Yovanna, but it would be too complicated to do anything about it.
Challenge… getting through the security guards and crossing dangerous terrain in the jungle. The good news is that they discover there is more money there than they ever imagined. The bad news is things are not going like they planned. And it’s getting harder to trust his old friends.
Personality… fearless, confident, and knowledgeable. Pope is an expert in the field of combat; he has various connections around the world. He’s suave and persuasive, getting others to follow him and his dangerous plans.
