Overview… a baby who loves to go on adventures with her friends Tommy, Chuckie, and her twin brother Phil. Lil loves to have fun, especially if it means rolling around in the mud and eating bugs.
Personality… outgoing, friendly, and energetic. Lil is a typical, happy baby. The only time you might see her get a bit angrier is when she argues with Phil, but that’s to be expected from siblings who are so close!

Tommy faces responsibility when Dil, his new baby brother, is born. As with all newborns, the child becomes a bane to Tommy and the rest of his gang. They decide to return Dil to where he came from, the hospital, but they get lost along the way. Can they find their way home and can Tommy and Dil learn to get along?

Rugrats follows a group of young children: Susie, Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and Angelica. They mostly just want to have fun. But, for Angelica, it also means a near-professional level of manipulation of other children and adults so she can get what she wants, whether that's the latest toy or for the babies to act like her personal servants.
