Overview... a crooked soldier in the U.S. military. Ray Elwood is more of a black market businessman than a fighter, dealing in large quantities of military cleaning supplies under the radar of the powers that be. Ray uses his military position as a way of avoiding the consequences of his actions. In his unit, it seems that there isn’t a single good or honest soldier – only hooligans, crooks, and liars.
Personality… sarcastic and scheming. Ray is at the forefront of black-market sales. Yet, he has a relatively strong moral backbone. Although he breaks the law and does some pretty despicable things, there’s a limit to his evil. He has the potential to be a decent man when it comes to friendship and social interaction.
