Overview… a pilot who is dying to prove himself. And proving himself could mean dying. The year is 1941, and Rafe is a First Lieutenant of the US Army. Britain is embroiled in conflict with Germany and it needs the US’ help. When Rafe gets accepted to the elite Eagle Squadron, he volunteers to enter combat. It means leaving the people he loves most, including his girlfriend, Evelyn, and his best friend, Danny. Rafe is determined to survive and see them again, but chances are, he won’t.
Personality… honorable and courageous. Rafe McCawley is a well-respected and skilled pilot. While his confidence in his skills sometimes borders on arrogance, Rafe always redeems himself by supporting boasts with action.
