Overview… the driven executive producer of the reality competition dating show Everlasting. Quinn is unafraid to push boundaries with both contestants and her producers in order to milk the most drama possible for the cameras. Quinn actually created the show herself, but the idea was stolen from her. Now, she’s still going to work to make it the best it can be.
Personality… manipulative, unscrupulous, and demanding. Quinn has a softer side; it comes out in moments with Chet, the creator of Everlasting who she’s sleeping with. (At least he’s credited as the creator.) They have an incredibly dysfunctional relationship, and sometimes Quinn lets her guard down enough to show that she really does care. But that guard usually goes up again very quickly.

Set against the backdrop of a hit dating competition show, "UnREAL" is led by Rachel, a young staffer whose sole job is to manipulate her relationships with and among the contestants to get the outrageous footage for the program. What ensues is a humorous, yet vexing, look at what happens in the world of unscripted television, where being a contestant can be vicious and producing it is a whole other reality.
