Overview... servant to the King of the Fairies, Oberon. Puck gets along well with his master – the two of them love a good prank. The “shrewd and knavish sprite” is in charge of doing Oberon’s bidding. In this case, he’s been assigned to dispense a powerful love potion on the king’s wife, Titania.
Personality... jovial, frolicsome, and tricksy. Puck, “that merry wanderer of the night,” is not a normal fairy. He is slightly coarser than his fellow magical creatures, though he still moves with grace. His mischievous behavior sets him apart from the other sprites.
