Perry von Shrike

Living… in Los Angeles. Perry lives a comfortable life with a job that gives him flexibility, fun, and connections in the Hollywood industry.

Profession… private investigator. Perry was recently hired as a consultant by his Hollywood acting agency to take a new actor along with him on his work. He goes to a Hollywood party and meets Harry, who will be accompanying him on his surveillance jobs.

Relationship Status… single. Perry, as his nickname “Gay Perry” suggests, is gay. But he has zero interest in his new partner Harry.  

Challenge… figuring out who murdered two young women. After witnessing killers dumping a body in a lake, Perry and Harry are pulled into the investigation. Unfortunately, the killers decided to frame them, so now they can’t turn to the police. But working with Harry is proving to be more cumbersome than he anticipated, since Harry isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer. When Harry throws a murder weapon with his fingerprints on it into a lake, Perry yells at him, “Look up ‘idiot’ in the dictionary. You know what you’ll find?...The definition of the word ‘idiot,’ which you fucking are.”

Personality… composed, short-tempered, and clever. Perry knows his way around town and can get himself out of sticky situations, even when he wasn’t the one who got himself in them in the first place. Harry’s dumb behavior and poor choices test the limits of Perry’s calm and confident exterior, often causing him to react quickly and angrily.
