Character Analysis

Overview... a young man finally growing up emotionally. Having spent much of his youth skirt-chasing and womanizing – and treating women without the least bit of respect – Paul falls in love with his best friend’s sister, Noel, and becomes determined to be a good man for her. He might not have much real direction in his life, but for once he’s sure of one thing: he’s sure of his love.
Personality… emotionally aware and sensitive, at least lately. That’s especially for someone who used to break heart after heart without looking back. Paul is intelligent and able enough to actually do something with his life. But he seems psychologically trapped in his little southern town with the rest of the deadbeat drunks he grew up with.
