Overview… an elementary school teacher with a neurotic boyfriend and a tough-as-nails dad. When Pam’s sister gets married, she brings her boyfriend Greg home to meet her parents, Jack and Dina. Pam loves Greg, even as she watches him make bad impression after even worse impression on her family.
Personality… kind and beautiful, Pam is the perfect girlfriend, and perhaps fiancée, to Greg. Pam grew up in a conventional WASPish family, and her put-together demeanor reflects this. Pam’s father was always very protective of her and places high standards on the many suitors she’s had through the years, standards that Pam hopes Greg can meet.
