North Italy

Overview... the pasta-loving, skirt-chasing personification of North Italy. Feliciano Vargas is decidedly a lover, not a fighter. Unfortunately for him, "fighting" seems to be most of what's been happening he's been doing during the 20th century. Luckily, however, Italy's got enough allies to make sure he doesn't trip over his own feet – well, not too much at least.  

Personality... easy-going, ditzy, and kind. Italy likes eating, flirting, sleeping, and decidedly does not like fighting. If left to himself, he would prefer making pasta to war. But sadly, his current leader seems to have an entirely different opinion. Still, Italy will go into battle if he must (bravely waving a white flag all the while), and he remains optimistic for the day when friendship will replace fighting.
