Character Analysis

Visiting… a five-star resort in Maui with her husband Mark, son Quinn, daughter Olivia, and Olivia’s friend Paula. They have a large suite with only one bedroom, so Olivia and Paula are sleeping on the pull-out coach, and Quinn is on a cot in the kitchen. Quinn is so frustrated with his sleeping accommodations that he has decided to sleep on the beach instead.
Profession… CEO of Poof. Nicole climbed “a hellish ladder… working [her] ass off” to get to where she is today. One of the most successful female CEOs in the world, Nicole wants to keep it that way. Even though she’s on vacation, she is constantly on Zoom calls for work.
Interests… reading and organizing. Nicole makes it her job for everything to be in order, which is hard to do with her chaotic family.
Relationship Status… married to Mark for the past 20 years. Nicole is much more successful than her husband Mark, which has caused some stress in their marriage. And Mark’s prior affair hasn’t helped their marriage either. Now they’re dealing with the stress that Mark may have testicular cancer. He spends his days looking at his private parts in a mirror.
Challenge… her family. Nicole has all the money in the world, but she rarely smiles. Unfortunately, she can’t keep her family in line like she can with her employees. She’s going to need a vacation from this vacation. It’s a lot more relaxing for her to work than spend time with her husband and children.
Personality… outspoken and unapologetically honest. Nicole speaks her mind boldly, and she refuses to take a backseat to important decisions both in the boardroom and in her family life.
