Nick Arnstein

Living… in New York City in the early 20th century.

Profession… gambler, to various degrees of success. Following WWI, Nick goes aboard the RMS Berengaria and proceeds to make a killing playing poker. He’s been gambling his way through life ever since.

Interests… making money as fast as he can. Nick loves to live the high life of luxury and class, so he needs the money to keep up his lifestyle.

Relationship Status… in love with Fanny, the star of the Ziegfield Follies show. The two first met at a party, and it was love at first sight. Fanny is a strong independent woman, and Nick charms her with his sophistication and suave demeanor. Despite being a bit of a rascal, Nick deeply cares about Fanny.

Challenge… going from rags to riches back to rags. Nick takes huge risks, and many times they pay off. But his latest scheme is taking a significant financial and emotional toll on him and his marriage.

Personality… charming, headstrong, and impulsive. Nick has the charms to win over anybody for money and love. However, his irresponsible tendencies often get him into trouble that he can’t charm his way out of.
