Overview... a stern businessman on the road home from New York to Chicago for Thanksgiving. Neal couldn’t have worse luck. After cancelled flights and tons of other mishaps, he begins traveling with Del Griffith, whose manners make him unbearable, but whose helpful attitude is positive enough not to dismiss. Neal will learn how to survive on the road in the worst conditions possible– or die trying.

Personality… unfriendly, smug, and rude. Neal is a wealthy businessman. But even all the money in the world can’t force a car rental agent to go out of her way to help you if you don’t even grant her a sliver of courtesy. Neal is the kind of guy who takes rejection and turmoil poorly, and this trip is full of both.
