Mobius

Living… outside of time. The TVA is entrusted by the Time Keepers to maintain the Sacred Timeline, and therefore exists beyond any single path of time. Mobius is certain that beings who deviate from their path, called Variants, need to be neutralized and steered back onto original course. But, as Thor can surely attest to, spending lots of time with Loki can change you. And as he delves deeper into the mystery of a certain Variant, the TVA agent begins to question his reality, and even his own free will.

Profession… Agent of the Time Variance Authority. 

Interests… jet skis. Mobius has nostalgia for them. As he says, “In the early 1990s, for a brief, shining moment, there was a beautiful union of form and function, which we call the jet ski.”

Relationship Status… single. Although Mobius has a long-standing relationship with his boss, Ms. Renslayer, it’s always been strictly business… at least on her side. But when the fate of the universe is on the line, he is faced with the choice of obeying Renslayer’s commands, or taking a more unorthodox approach, and potentially losing the title of her “favorite analyst.”

Challenge... hunting down a time criminal and bringing them to trial at the TVA. If he doesn’t, the Sacred Timeline, which the TVA is sworn to protect, may collapse entirely. However, when he meets our universe’s god of mischief, he begins to uncover dark secrets about his employer.

Personality… kind but snarky, and to the point. Mobius, like any other detective, is determined to locate a Variant threatening the Sacred Timeline and bring them to justice. He is fascinated by Loki and has studied him in great detail. He believes Loki may be a key component in finding his target, as Loki has a bit of experience causing trouble himself. But even an agent for the Time Keepers themselves may find that his place in the universe might not be as cut-and-dry as he had previously understood it to be.
