Character Analysis

Overview… a small fox cub with two “twin” tails. Miles “Tails” Prower serves as Sonic the Hedgehog’s loyal sidekick and best friend. A talented master engineer, when Tails isn’t hanging out with his friends or saving the world with Sonic, he’s usually in his workshop tinkering with mechanics. His smarts and helpful nature come in handy in a pinch, or when Sonic needs a voice of reason to keep his head straight.
Personality… intelligent, loyal, and kind. Tails is the perfect foil to Sonic’s cocky nature, as he is more shy and humble. Using his twin tails like helicopter blades, he can float and carry his friends over dangerous terrain. Though he won’t brag about it, he also possesses a very high IQ. Tails thinks Sonic is really cool and looks up to him. Though he sometimes lacks confidence, when it comes down to it Tails will come to the aid of his friends no matter the cost to himself.
