Mickey Sachs

Overview… a stressed out, high-strung television writer who has many neuroses. And now he really has something to worry about – his doctor told him he might have a tumor. Mickey is Hannah's ex-husband but still remains close to the family. He’s often worried about something, especially now that he thinks he might die. Hopefully, Hannah or someone else in her family can help him overcome his morbid obsession.

Personality… wired, obsessively existential to the point of suicide, and whiney. Mickey is worried that there might not be an afterlife, and that life itself has no meaning. He’ll try anything to get back a sense of purpose to life.
