Overview… a lawyer on wheels. Representing some of Los Angeles’ shadiest criminals means that defense lawyer Mick Haller has to employ some unorthodox strategies, including running his law office out of a vintage Lincoln town car. Estranged from his wife, a prosecutor, and their daughter, Mick roams the city looking for his next paycheck and keeping tabs on previous clients. Approached by a wealthy playboy, Mick thinks he’s finally made a big score until the case becomes much more complicated.
Personality… friendly but cunning. Mick uses every option at his disposal for his clients, often making back-alley deals and calling in favors to get his way. His job defending criminals means that he is acquainted with some unsavory people, causing many outsiders to assume Mick is also a shady individual. In reality, he holds himself to his own moral code, which is challenged when he takes on a dangerous case with deep personal ramifications.
