Overview... a mysterious agent at a New York law firm. Michael Clayton is what they call a “fixer,” and he does just that. So he is diving in to help Arthur Edens, a senior litigating partner and old friend. Arthur has had a manic episode, jeopardizing a class action case involving the corporation U-North, and needs all the help he can get.

Michael is the kind of professional who commands the kind of paycheck that makes him only serviceable when absolutely necessary.
