About Him

Grew up... as a boy with no skin. Meat Boy isn’t actually made of meat. Rather, he is a normal boy who was born with no skin, leaving his bloody, fleshy interior constantly exposed to the elements.

Living... on the move. When Meat Boy’s girlfriend Bandage Girl is kidnapped by the evil Dr. Fetus, Meat Boy travels across huge, dangerous worlds, including Hell itself, to get her back.

Profession... savior. While saving Bandage Girl is Meat Boy’s primary objective, along the way he’ll stop to help other innocent creatures Dr. Fetus has harmed. His good deeds include destroying a giant saw machine from burning down a forest full of cute squirrels.

Relationship Status... in a relationship. Meat Boy loves Bandage Girl with all of his heart, and is crushed when she is kidnapped. Her healing properties make her the perfect salve to Meat Boy’s raw, vulnerable body.

Challenge... rescuing Bandage Girl. Meat Boy just isn’t whole without Bandage Girl. So he won’t rest until she is safe and Dr. Fetus is defeated. However, even with his speed, grace, and sharp reflexes, the environments he’ll have to go through to win her back are punishingly difficult.

Personality... tenacious. One would expect a boy without skin to be more sensitive and hesitant. But not Meat Boy. He throws himself into danger, and when he fails, he immediately gets back up and tries again. He survives what gets thrown at him not because he’s better than everyone else, but because he never gives up.
