Overview... a young womanwith a whole future ahead of her – hopefully. An American working for a London publisher, Mary unknowingly lives the same few days over and over again. She meets Tim, a shy British man who has the ability to travel back in time and relive events. There’s undeniable chemistry, though that may be the result of him reliving their meeting a few times.
Personality... shy, intellectual, and flirtatious. Mary loves to read but that’s not her only outlet for adventure. She meets Tim in a restaurant where the food is served in a pitch-black room. Later the two run through London in the rain. They’re adventures that get her heart racing but ultimately she knows she’s in safe hands. And there are no safer hands than Tim, who can always go back in time to right anything that goes wrong, including their less-than-perfect first sexual encounter.

The night after another unsatisfactory New Year party, Tim's father tells his son that the men in his family have always had the ability to travel through time. Tim can't change history, but he can change what happens and has happened in his own life. He decides to make his world a better place—by getting a girlfriend. Sadly, that turns out not to be as easy as he thinks.
