Overview... a well-paid employee with Archer Daniels Midland, a food-processing and commodities-trading corporation. Archer’s wife Ginger convinces Mark to blow the whistle on his company after he discovers that they are illegally fixing prices of lysine, a food additive. Mark gets in touch with the FBI and a comedy of errors follows.
Personality… well-intentioned but oblivious, and possibly cracking up. Mark wants to “do the right thing” but he often goes about it in the wrong way. He is more like a person from a Shakespearean comedy than a tragedy, but the more he gets himself into trouble, the more likely it is that everything will end badly for him.
