Overview… a student rebel living in Paris in the mid-1800s. Marius joins his friends in fighting for freedom for the French people. He is friends with the scrappy Éponine Thénardier, who is in love with him. But Marius is too busy courting the beautiful Cosette and planning a battle against the monarchy to notice his friend’s affections.
Personality... handsome, compassionate, and confident. Marius is passionate about his beliefs, and so he is excited about the opportunity to leave behind his studies and fight for his causes. He’s also a romantic, and will fight equally hard for what – and whom – he loves.
