Marie Schrader

Living… in a nice house in a suburb of Albuquerque with her husband, Hank. They live fairly close to her sister and brother-in-law, Skyler and Walter White.

Profession… radiologic technologist. Her work at a Radiology Center helps her find Walt a top oncologist when he is diagnosed with cancer.

Interests… family gossip. Marie likes to talk. She often meets up with her sister, Skyler, to trade suspicions and secrets.

Relationship Status… married to Hank Schrader, a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) agent. Marie deeply cares and worries for her husband, especially given his dangerous job. But her personality disorder can make the relationship – any relationship – a challenge.

Challenge… being there for her husband and family, while combating her own personal demons. Her compulsive personality is a constant challenge for her. Though she sees a shrink, she is developing a growing kleptomania, which she in turn lies about to her family, leading to a great deal of embarrassment and frustration for her sister especially.

Personality… childish, petty, and frivolous. Skyler isn’t far off when she refers to Marie as “my spoiled, kleptomaniac, bitch sister who somehow always manages to be the center of attention.” On the other hand, Marie does genuinely care for her family, including her sister and the cancer-stricken Walt.
