(Avoiding Spoilers)
Overview… a slave-driving executive editor-in-chief of a New York publishing company. Margaret has a bad reputation around the office for overworking her employees. When the Canadian-born Margaret runs into a visa issue and faces deportation from the United States, she coerces her overworked assistant Andrew into marrying her in order to solve her immigration problems.
Personality… driven and ruthless. It’s taken Margaret years to make it to the top of Colden Books. She’s feared by nearly everyone in her office, especially her assistant, Andrew. Underneath her tough exterior, though, is a vulnerable, sensitive woman who never had a family, and who never really knew what it meant to love.
