Overview… a bartender at The Snake Hole in Pawnee, Indiana. Lucy finds herself dating Tom Haverford, a fast-talking worker at the Parks and Recreation Department who fancies himself quite the player. Instead of trying to pick her up with cheap lines like he would with other girls, Tom is himself with Lucy and they really hit it off, thanks to her easy spirit. The real question is whether Tom is going to blow it.
Personality… easygoing and calm. Lucy has a great sense of humor and intelligence. She accepts quirks in people – especially Tom – but also isn’t afraid to stand up for herself and to go after her goals, like attending grad school.

Parks and Recreation takes place in Pawnee, Indiana. It is smack in America's heartland, and the lead character Leslie Knope puts the "heart" in Pawnee. Leslie and her colleagues not only face a dwindling budget and endless red tape, but they also have a boss from Hell named Ron. Ron, a staunch libertarian who believes government should do as little as possible. Leslie and her team work double-time to pick up the slack.
