Overview… the newowner of Cattleman’s Ranch, a Western steakhouse in Orlando, Florida. The Taiwanese-American Louis loves American culture, and it has been his lifelong dream to open a cowboy-themed restaurant. He follows his dream from D.C.’s Chinatown all the way to suburban Orlando, dragging his reluctant family along with him.
Personality… optimistic, friendly, and a bit naive. Louis and his wife Jessica seem like polar opposites. He is the smiley, nice boss; she doles out the tough love. He has his head in the clouds; she focuses on practicalities. Yet, their relationship works surprisingly well. When Jessica isn’t complaining about what the Floridian humidity has done to her hair, they are on the same team, taking on the world together.
