Lou Pascal

Overview… longtime resident of Atlantic City and frequenter of its seamy underside. Lou is an old man who claims a long history of protecting his codependent friend/neighbor Grace, and has a habit of spying on his much younger neighbor Sally when she bathes. He makes his living being a bookie and is drawn into dealing cocaine by Sally's estranged husband, later using the money to impress her.

Personality… obsessive, unscrupulous, and impulsive. Lou clings to the two women in his life, and in his mind, he protects them. He has no qualms doing illegal business or, really, anything it takes to keep those he cares about safe and advance their cause. And he certainly counts himself among those he cares about.
