Character Analysis

Living... in the nation of Ostania. Tensions are high between Ostania and Westalis, even after the established peace after a long period of devastating war. As the city of Berlint’s famous psychologist, Loid lives peacefully with his wife, Yor, and daughter, Anya, along with their Great Pyrenees Bond.
Profession... spy. Loid’s normal family life is a cover. In reality, “Loid Forger” is the codename for the unnamed character, whose agent name is “Twilight”. “Loid” is an operative of the Westalian Intelligence Agency. This mission, known as Operation Strix, seeks to prevent the outbreak of another war by requiring him to approach the paranoid political leader of an Ostanian warmongering party. Operation Strix is simple: enroll a child into Eden Academy, have said child schmooze up the child of the aforementioned political leader, and by that, a connection would be established. Picking up Anya from the orphanage was a fortuitous moment; Anya seemed to be a capable child who, although reluctant to study, seems to be easily influenced by Loid. Yor, his “wife”, doesn’t ask too many questions. So far, everything seems to be going perfectly for this mission. Hopefully, his family would never uncover his secret identity.
Challenges... too many to count. Twilight has stopped nuclear attacks, defeated countless assassins, and fought in wars, but the biggest challenge that he now faces is… being a father. As the parent to a rambunctious, underperforming child at the nation’s top school, Loid has to balance spy work with raising a child, something that is seemingly more difficult, more physically and mentally tiring than any mission he has been on so far. At the end of the day though, a scene plays in his mind: Westalian bombers flying over, destroying his hometown and leaving him an orphan. It was that day that Twilight decided that he would seek to create a better world. As he says, “Making a world where kids don’t need to cry… that was the whole reason I became a spy in the first place.”
Personality... cunning, fearless, and caring. As the Westalian Intelligence Agency’s highest-performing agent and a master of disguise, Twilight can mold himself to be anyone he desires. Loid is just one of the many aliases and personalities he has adopted. Twilight wonders though, how long would this mission last? And even if Operation Strix ended in just one or two years, what would happen to his family? For now, Twilight keeps his head down and works.
