Lawrence Walker

Overview... underachieving but loving boyfriend to Issa Dee. They’ve been in a serious relationship for a long time, but Issa has become more distant recently. It’s hard to be excited about a guy who shops for her birthday present at Rite Aid because he doesn’t have a steady job. He’s been working on a business plan for a while but has nothing to show for it.

Personality... unhappy, unmotivated, and passive. Issa believes that Lawrence can get himself back on his feet, but he’s unwilling to take the steps necessary to do so. It takes a big fight for him to even go on interviews for jobs he feels are beneath him. He thinks he can continue hustling and working on his business plan and everything will work out, but if he’s not careful, he’ll lose Issa before it does.
