Overview... a 20-year-old student at the University of Chicago about to take a big step. Kimmy is engaged to marry Michael O’Neal, a 28-year-old charmer who has swept her off her feet. Kimmy’s wealthy family is arranging for a large wedding. The only thing that can put a damper on the lovely experience is Michael’s best friend, Julianne, who is still in love with him – or maybe just now realizing that she loves him.

Personality… intelligent beyond her years. Kimmy understands sarcasm and has a quick wit that you might not expect from a young college student. She is one of the few people able to cross wits with Julianne, and when the two of them go head-to-head, it’s hard to imagine that there will be a happy ending. At least not for both of them.
