Overview… a career woman with little patience for silliness. That’s despite the fact that she seems to be surrounded by men who are anything but serious, including living in the apartment below her seemingly crazy, wannabe scientist ex-boyfriend. Kate has her life upended when Leopold, a man who claims to be a 19th century duke, enters her life – and on the same day that her unemployed brother decides to crash on her couch, no less!
Personality… ambitious, practical, and assertive. Kate is a businesswoman with a Type A personality – she can’t even be away from her Palm Pilot. Still, Kate has a guarded, softer side, making it difficult for her to choose between her emotions and her drive for success.
