She is working with Kevin and his distinct personalities to help him live a more normal life. Fletcher has met with “Barry” the most, as she has grown fond of him and his interests. He is the one who has reached out to her for help, much to the dismay of Kevin’s other personalities. Kevin’s personalities often try to manipulate each other based on their own hierarchy of power, with “Dennis” and “Patricia” being the most powerful and most evil.

Relationship Status… single. Dr. Fletcher has been alone for a long time.

Challenge… uncovering Kevin’s trauma and helping him deal with his DID. Fletcher is very invested in the study of DID, which in the psychology field is relatively unknown at the time and is believed to be more of a myth than a reality. Her colleagues are skeptical of the disorder and the reported symptoms; they don’t believe it is possible for a human to take on new personalities, abilities and physical compositions. Speaking on panels about her research, she talks about her bold theories that these patients are special humans, with the potential to unlock the true potential of human physiology and mental ability. She hopes Kevin will help her make a breakthrough discovery to help him and others manage their difficult conditions.

Personality… fierce, patient, and empathetic. Dr. Fletcher feels very passionate about her research regarding DID, as she believes there is a lot of false information surrounding the disorder. She fiercely stands up to her colleagues. But with her patients, she is warm and compassionate. While she does try to challenge Kevin sometimes, it is only with good intentions in mind.
