KAY/O

Grew up… in a factory. KAY/O is a robot that was molded for battle, and his intentional creation for this purpose is apparent through his precision on the battlefield.

Role… initiator. KAY/O is a master of disruption, and he constantly throws wrenches into the enemies’ plans. Enemies can come at his team with whatever they want, but it may all prove useless if KAY/O serves his role and suppresses their abilities, rendering their pushes ineffective and leaving them exposed.

Interests… utilizing his arsenal of disruptive gadgets. KAY/O has a variety of tactical instruments at his disposal, including a flash that blinds the enemy, a throwable beacon that suppresses surrounding enemies, a grenade that deals multiple bursts of damage within a radius on the ground, and of course the ultimate weapon, himself, which he is periodically able to emit a suppressing beacon from.

Challenge… not letting his team down. With his incredible ability to create disorder among the enemy team, KAY/O is a valuable teammate. But much of KAY/O’s energy is poured into negating the opponents’ abilities. If opponents push through the disruption and pick him off even without their abilities, his team will not only be down an agent, but will also have to deal with the opponents’ abilities that are no longer suppressed. This could flip the script leaving KAY/O’s team at a severe disadvantage.

Personality… focused, tactical, and surprisingly witty. In action, KAY/O goes about his business like the well-oiled machine that he was designed to be. However, through his voice, he also expresses an undeniably unique and humanlike personality, constantly cracking snappy one-liners, just like all of the other agents the same. He displays a colorful sense of humor and a smug confidence that one would not typically expect from a machine so focused and calculated in their work, as well as an undisputable toughness. In his words, "I'll survive a dent or two, can't say the same for you fragile humans."
